The gateway supports selected app systems, including TTLock/Tongtong Lock, Tech Man, and Haofang Butler, depending on lock compatibility.
Only 2.4GHz WiFi networks are supported.
This gateway does not support 5GHz WiFi routers.
Mobile hotspot routers and some mobile network routers may not be supported.
For best performance, install the gateway in an open and unobstructed location.
The gateway should be placed as close as possible to the smart lock and router for stable communication.
The gateway enables remote-control functions only when paired with a compatible smart door lock.
Smart door lock is not included unless stated otherwise.
